Identified - We have been made aware of an issue occurring with all the Samsung (Android) devices (no iOS devices were affected). We are in the mist of fixing this. (22/10/2025)

Identified - The Issue was identified, with main site (crystalstudios.org) was affected by update v1.11 as notes in: CS_AUDIT_7763-AX13_v1.11_LOG-294 states that the system couldn't identify where the local Client IPv4 was being redirected, causing Client end to have difficulties establishing a secure connection to crystalstudios.org (main site). Issue was detected in Crystal Logging System and flagged as "Identified". System User (CS_INTERNAL-USER:isabelle@crystalstudios.org) is currently staging a fix, and Website homepage will return to normal.
System Notes: System created a fix and is flagged to implement the fix ASAP. Wait times for fix implantation is approx. 74 hours Minimum.
